At ADE, he's focused on pairing the firm's longstanding reputation and expertise with modern technology to build the next generation of qualified intermediary services.

With over 40 years in real estate and decades shaping the 1031 exchange industry, Ron is a nationally recognized authority on 1031 exchanges. As ADE's founder, he built the firm around education, technical expertise, and practical transaction structuring. He has taught continuing education courses for attorneys, CPAs, and real estate professionals, and remains a trusted advisor to ADE as a member of its Board.

Shaan joined ADE in 2018 and brings extensive experience navigating complex 1031 exchanges, including forward, reverse, and construction transactions. Before joining ADE, she built her career in real estate law, beginning at a law firm while still in high school and later working as a paralegal. Her combination of legal expertise and hands-on exchange experience makes her a trusted resource for clients navigating even the most complex transactions.
