This involves: not only following the IRS rules, but understanding what is acceptable to a lender, what issues may arise when a property is being built and how to avoid duplicative transfer taxes and closing costs.

We provide this type of input, on a limited basis, for each transaction at no additional charge.  We engage more comprehensively on complex transactions and when providing specific consulting services. Furthermore, we have access to resources that can address the most complicated tax questions that may be beyond our scope of services.  ADE  takes this input and then coordinates the steps necessary to complete the transaction.
